Remove 3 x leylandii. These trees have previously ( approximately 25/30 years ago) been incorrectly pollarded. This has resulted in an unnatural multi stemmed growth habit which is unstable and causes concern along boundary with neighbouring property. Concern has been expressed about damage to neighbouring structure should unnatural growth habit causes structural failure in high winds.
