Discharge of conditions pursuant to NE/22/00468/LBC. Internal and external alteration works to make dwelling habitable including essential repairs to the roof; addition of new roof lights; re-instatement of original blocked windows; new kitchen and bathroom; new boiler and under floor heating; demolition of garage and outbuildings. Condition 4 - comprehensive structural survey of the roof and method statement outlining the means and methodology of undertaking structural repairs to the roof of the building. The Collyweston Stone slates shall be retained and re-fitted to the roof in diminishing courses from eaves to ridge in a manner to accord with the previous roof form. Any shortfall of roof slates shall be made up of natural Collyweston Stone slates.
