Removal of -T1-Western Red Cedar (TPO 0088)- approx 20m tall- approx 0.6m DBH Reason- The tree is in close proximity to 3 buildings, the closest 2 of which do not belong to the tree owner. The owner wishes to reduce the likelihood of future insurance claims made against them for damage to neighbouring properties. Due to the nature of this species the specimen in question is an adolescent and will eventually be a 45m tree. The primary concern is future damage to adjacent buildings.
