Non material amendment to allow allow for Unit 1 - Minor changes the rear, north eastern elevation to lift the sill level of the two middle windows increase the amount of masonry above lintel height and consequently lowering of the sill height of the two end windows Unit 2 - minor changes to lower the head height of all door and window openings to the ground floor and omission of the pedestrian door at first floor to the north eastern elevation. Site layout - reconfiguration of the pedestrian pathways consequent changes to the landscaping beds reconfiguration of the internal privacy fencing post and rail fence in place of already demolished section of free-standing stone wall adjacent to the south eastern elevation of Unit 2 pursuant to NE/21/00940/FUL - Proposed construction of two holiday lets and associated works.
