Description

347AMD - Non material amendment to allow for the two large sliding windows/doors in the original application to be replaced with a more minor alteration to the existing glazing. The low wall will be retained and the current glass simply replaced with new double glazed units within the existing frames. The outer doors to the west will be replaced with similar units, with larger windows to match the other windows in the garden room pursuant to 20/01519/FUL - Rear single storey extension; addition of traditional canopy over front door and alterations to existing garden room as per proposed plans (Resubmission of 19/01801/FUL).
