Description

Scoping Request for the 1) Demolition of: 6 single storey buildings and workshops including the Haven mini market shop, facility management and maintenance buildings, sheds and storage containers; removal of 40 existing touring caravan pitches; and, 2) The proposed siting of: up to 278 static caravans for staff accommodation and holiday occupation; and repositioning 19 existing static caravans for staff accommodation; and, 3) The erection of: single storey extension and redevelopment of the central facilities hub; the layout of a new maintenance area; external works to create a new adventure village area 4) The reconfiguration and installation of: internal roads; hardstanding bases for caravans; parking areas; footpaths; utilities; drainage and flood infrastructure and mitigation works including replacement pond; and landscaping.
