Description

The position of the house and garage has been adjusted to create a more comfortable parking and vehicle turning. Both buildings have moved 1.5m further south. See red revision bubble around house and garage.The external entrance area to the plant/utility room has been partly enclosed to provide a cold store and is clad in vertical timber cladding as the rest of the house. The change is marked with a revision revision bubble on plan and elevations. On the consented plans the entrance area to the plant/utility room was covered by a flat roof canopy and screened with vertical timber slats. Additionally the window next to the entrance door of the house has been decreased in size. The change has been highlighted with a red revision bubble.
