Listed Building Consent for proposed external and internal alterations including the following:1. Removal of casement window to the east single storey extension and install a new access door and sidelight2. Form new door opening to the north second from east single storey extension and install new access door3. Reinstate the boundary wall to the north boundary with the land not owned by the site in the northeast corner4. Replace the dilapidated gravel hardstanding between the east/north boundary with herringbone block paving and install new channel drains to the perimeter of the east single storey extension5. Install new glazed screens and access doors into the coach like access and convert area into an office6. Separate the east single storey extension into 2 separate offices7. Separate the front amenity area to form a separate office
