Listed Building Consent for rebuilding the parapet wall to the front elevation, reinstate the "Pilgrim House" lettering to the parapet wall, repointing to the external brickwork, redecoration of the stone banding courses, reinstate lead gutter behind the front parapet wall, replace 2no. bay windows to the front elevation, replace rotten sliding sash windows to the front and rear elevations, repair the retained sash windows to the front and rear elevations, undertake repairs and redecoration of the north external timber doors, repairs to the timber shopfront, replacement of defective RW goods to the north elevation and installation of air bricks to the front elevation
