Section 73 application in relation to condition no. 4 (approved plans), condition no. 5 (phased implementation and landscaping), condition no. 6 (surface water drainage scheme), condition no. 8 (ghost island right hand turning facility), condition no. 9 (foul water disposal), condition 12 (lighting details and location), condition no. 13 (landscaping), condition no. 17 (archeological report) and condition no. 19 (boundary treatment) as imposed on planning application reference no. S/153/1687/15 which was for the change of agricultural land to use for the siting of static caravans/lodges, touring caravans, motor homes and caravan sales area; and, associated infrastructure, engineering works including alteration to existing drains and the creation of two ponds, landscape planting and areas of amenity/recreational use and construction of a vehicular access and outline planning permission for the ancillary reception building and toilet block.
