Small fragments of deadwood frequently fall into the garden area below, presenting a safety hazard. The foliage is restricted entirely to the very tips of the branches, with the lower and mid-sections appearing completely bare. Works are a preventative measure to eliminate the risk of a major structural failure or heavy branches falling into the garden.
