One tree currently overhangs the dwelling, increasing mechanical loading on the crowns and the likelihood of limb failure during adverse weather conditions.The proposed reduction is intended to reduce end-weight, improve biomechanical stability, and mitigate foreseeable risk to property, while retaining the trees’ natural form, amenity value, and long-term health.
