Lime (T2) – Crown lift to a height of approx. 4m above ground level, carried out in the same manner as T1, to increase available light to the garden.1no. Yew (T3) – Prune back branches on side adjacent to the dwelling to provide and maintain a clearance of approx. 2m between tree and property.The proposed works are intended to improve light levels within the garden and to maintain appropriate clearance between retained trees and property, while preserving the health, structure, and amenity value of the trees.
