1no Silver Birch (T1) - Reduce selected lower limbs to provide and maintain a clearance of approx. 2m between tree and property. The branches are currently extending towards, and in close proximity to the roof structure. All pruning cuts to be made back to suitable growth points in accordance with best arboricultural practice, retaining the tree’s natural form.The proposed works are intended to prevent contact with the roof and to reduce the potential for damage, while maintaining the health, structure, and amenity value of the tree.
