Environmental Impact Assessment Scoping Request for; "the proposed development of up-to a maximum of 2,200 dwellings, a new primary school and early years facilities, land reserved for a secondary school, a local centre including a mix of uses, a mobility hub, a network of multifunctional green infrastructure, landscaping, public open space, new pedestrian, cycle and vehicular accesses, and SuDS features".PLEASE NOTE: A Scoping Request seeks the Council Opinion as to what information should be included/Scoped in to an Environmental Statement only. A Scoping Opinion is not a formal planning application but is a technical requirement under the EIA Regulations 2017 which is not subject to public consultation. Therefore, there is no statutory requirement for the Council to invite public comment on the submission. After adoption, the Scoping Opinion is placed on the planning register and publicly available for 2 years.
