1no. Group (G53) Willow and Poplar - Fell to ground level. Self-seeded willow and poplar saplings growing along the woodland edge. These are fast-growing, short-lived species that have established in an un-managed way, resulting in poor form and limited long-term value.Removing them at this early stage will help manage the woodland edge and prevent the need for more extensive works in the future.The works will not have a noticeable visual impact, as the trees are relatively small and only recently established.Replanting within the woodland TPO is not proposed, as there is already sufficient natural regeneration on site.
