T1 - Mulberry Tree. In acute decline with several historic failures. Fell. Replant with health standard by way of replacement.T2 - Willow sp. With a heavy lean towards the Mill, river and car-parking area. Has a large cavity on West side of the trunk. Pollard at 10m.T3 - Western Red Cedar (Kingfishers). Crown lift off boundary wall allowing a 0.5m clearance of the listed wall.T4 - Yew sp. (8 Winchester Street), reduce the South and Eastern Canopy away from building giving a 2m clearance, blend the side canopy back into top by reducing in height by 2m on the southeastern side. As shown in the attached photographs.T5 – Maple sp. To utility line clear the central canopy, to abate the offending branch nuisance. Cuts no greater than 30mm.T6 - Holly sp. To reduce the side of the canopy allowing a 2m building clearance.T7 - Ash sp. first southern lateral branch foliage to tip reduce the secondary branch foliage off the neighbouring property giving a 2m building clearance. Stem diameter cuts no greater than 40mm. G9 - 3no Flat Lawson Cypress running along the boundary wall; overextended branch foliage now having outgrown space. Remove and replace with a manageable variegated hedge specimen. G10 - 2no Apple Trees to re-prune back to the pre-existing cuts. 1.5m branch length foliage.
