1no. Oak (311-E) - Crown raise the tree away from 6 Clanfield Way, giving 2-3m clearance away from the roof, when in leaf branches rubbing on roof. On the side of Clanfield Way reduce 1-2m to bring the tree in to more of an even shape. Remove major dead wood & crown raise smaller lower limbs to 5 meters on the boundary fence. Tree spreads over surrounding properties.
