Oak (T1) - Has historically fallen and whilst the tree is now stable the current position is not however sustainable due to a hazard beam below the remaining cluster of foliage which had evidently developed prior to the tree falling and it is now encroaching on the new abutted development. To enable the long term retention of the tree and the multifarious ecological and environmental benefits it will have, whist reducing the future pressure for removal a reduction to the now remaining "Phoenix tree" is required. Coronet cuts no greater than 120mm will be made to achieve this, see images.
