Oak (TPO 307-E) - Part crown reduction to the western canopy, reduce spread by up to 1.5 - 2m back to appropriate natural target pruning points to retain a radial spread for longest lateral branches of not less than 8m. Pruning wounds not to exceed 60mm in diameter. Tree work is to be restricted to pruning to points only above the land in the ownership of No 12 Parklands Close.Reason - To address interference to the overhead cables, reduce overgrowth of grounds of No12 and improve/maintain an appropriate scale with the surrounding residential setting.
