1 no. Poplar (T1)- crown reduce/pollard by up to 10m all round The tree is about 30-35m tall and is growing about 15m from the adjacent railway line. The tree was storm damaged in 2021 and has lost part of its upper crown. The tree significantly overhangs the neighbouring rear garden. One large branch has already failed and fallen into the same rear garden; and there is a large open wound on the side of the stem. The tree is nearing the end of its safe useful life expectancy and there is a genuine risk the tree, or part of it, will fall onto the railway line and/or the neighbouring rear gardens without intervention/ management.
