Description

Removal of timber-framed external wall structure to west, part north and first floor south elevations eastern gable and reconstruction of replacement timber materials. External wall treatments of lime-based render and timber weatherboarding applied. Partial replacement/repair of roof, replacement or repair of windows (rear elevation) and repositioning of door. Followed by re-fixing of existing salvaged roof covering materials, replacement rainwater goods and general repairs, making good and completion of the exterior.
