Variation of Conditions 2 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission (ref: 3/22/0454/LBC Dated 13/12/2022) for (Single storey infill extension incorporating roof light, single storey rear extension. Insertion of windows to rear first and ground floor elevations and insertion of roof light to rear. Alterations to patio. Alterations to external door. Removal of rear chimney stack, new boiler flue.
