Non material minor amendment for planning approval 3/23/1917/VAR - The Landscape Statement and approved RM1 trim trail drawings exists, whereby the Statement shows the footpath material as bark mulch and bound surfacing and the recently discharged Condition 50, relating to the trim trail details, shows the path as bark chippings/mulch. The proposal is to remove this discrepancy by confirming the trim trail surfacing as bark mulch/chippings.
