Description

Reroofing works to part of the Main Building (Listed) and to Thames House (not Listed), removal of tiled pitched roof coverings back to the rafters, and replacement with new handmade plain clay tiles and ridge tiles, new treated tiling battens and breathable roofing membrane. Replace all existing leadwork to the areas being reroofed. Reroofing of a single storey HORSA building, comprising removal of the existing asbestos cement corrugated sheet roof, and replacement with a Kingspan Quadcore metal insulated roof covering. Replacement of guttering to the Main Building and Thames House.
