Description

Re-roofing works to part of the Main Building and to Thames House, removal of tiled pitched roof coverings back to the rafters, and replacement with new handmade plain clay tiles and ridge tiles, new treated tiling battens and breathable roofing membrane. Replace all existing leadwork to the areas being re-roofed. Reroofing of a single storey HORSA building, comprising removal of the asbestos cement corrugated sheet roof, and replacement with a Kingspan Quadcore metal insulated roof covering.
