Description

Erection of a traditionally constructed oak framed porch over the front door of the existing house. The roof design to be gable ended with enclosed flat ceiling that extends out from the existing soffit level. Gable end elevation to feature vertical tile hanging to match the existing dormer roofs. Roof tiles and vertical hanging tiles to match existing house. Porch to include feature oak balustrading to either side elevation.
