Variation of condition 2 (EHDC-24-0067-FUL) to amend the approved design to better meet the applicants’ accessibility needs. Particularly for wheelchair use, which are not adequately addressed in the extant scheme. The revised proposal also delivers a reduced footprint and improved design; resulting in a more proportionate, efficient and contextually appropriate dwelling.
