Description

Remove existing concrete interlocking roof tiles and replace with plain clay tiles on new treated softwood battens on Tyvek breather membrane. Remove existing pebble dash cement render on the two chimneys and replace with proprietary K-rend render, colour to match the existing stone walls. Remove the existing plastic gutters and downpipes and replace with black enamelled cast iron rainwater goods. Remove the inappropriate later added rear rotted dormer window and replace with a conservation rooflight.
