Description

T1 - Sycamore - fell. Kretzschmaria deusta detected within shell of hollowed main stem T2 - Sycamore -fell. Asymmetric crown. Sudden exposure by loss of T1 Sycamore would render it unsafe to retain. T3 Lime Crown lifting to raise the lower canopy extending over the carriageway to the relevant statutory highway clearance height Reduction of lateral limbs projecting towards the north-west (over the road) by up to approximately 3 m, pruning back to suitable secondary growth points to reduce end-weight and bending load over the highway corridor. Overall crown height reduction by approximately 3 m, creating a more uniform and balanced crown profile, while respecting the tree’s natural form.
