Lime - Crown Reduction as shown in the annotated photographs. Pruning wounds shall not exceed 100mm in diameter, allowing the majority of of branches to be reduced. The tree was previously growing between 2 beech trees which have now been removed leaving a very tall tree with no protection from the wind.
