Description

Removal of existing jet wash and creation of side extension to existing petrol filling station sales building (to west and east elevations). Installation of new bin store/chiller freezer, 4 no jet wash bays and 3 no valet bays with associated plant, new parking and relocation of offset fills and vent stack. Existing underground tank farm to be removed and replaced by 3no 75,000L tanks and new tanker stand. New landscaping, bike stands and all associated works.
