Description

T2 Oak: Remove (fell) to near ground level and treat stump to inhibit regrowth. T3 Oak: Remove (fell) to near ground level and treat stump to inhibit regrowth. T4 Willow: Remove (fell) to near ground level and treat stump to inhibit regrowth. All works required, as based on the engineering opinion and the tree site assessment it is concluded there is damage consistent with shrinkage of the clay subsoil exacerbated by the soil drying effects of vegetation. The Oak trees (T2 & T3), the Willow (T4) and the Photinia (S1) are the principal cause of or are contributing to the current building movement and damage.
