Description

Non-Material Amendment Sought for the Proposed variation of RMA condition 43 re 55587/231 and proposed variation of RMA condition 44 re 55587/253 to facilitate: Minor changes: A) Minor changes to the foodstore elevations: o South west – Addition of one welcome wall, removal of ATM and change to entrance design and appearance. o South east – Installation of external curtain walling and welcome wall (in orange) - Installation of fire escape double doors and change to entrance design and appearance. o North West – Installation of fire escape double doors and single door and installation of 3 sets of windows to the colleague area – these are fixed non-openable windows which will receive an internal film to make the windows appear as obscured glazing o North east – Increase in height of the service yard canopy B) Minor changes associated with the NMA elevation revisions to the foodstore floorplan C) Minor changes to levels to the rear service yard are also proposed to match existing confirmed road levels to Budds Lane such that the service yard is now level with the unloading area (the service yard canopy height increased to suit)
