Description
1. Fell to approximately ground level one dead Scots Pine by drive entrance. What3words - often.unstable.bookcases In adjacent Paddock 2. Fell to approximately ground level one severely declining Ash in paddock which has got Ash die back. What3words - nightfall.grins.rather 3. Fell to approximately ground level one severely declining Lombardy Poplar in paddock. What3words - ditching.lock.attending 4. Reduce and reshape to approximately 4 metres lower than previous reduction points 4 Lombardy Poplars in paddock. Leaving a final height of approximately 8 metres. The trees are currently approximately 12 metres high of which approximately 7-8 metres is re-growth from the previously reduction points. The works are being proposed to reduce risk of failure into the adjacent neighbour’s property. What3words - broad.wound.campfires. This work is historic and was previously undertaken in 2018 although the proposal this time is to reduce further than the previous reduction points 5. Reduce height of row of Lawson Cypress by approximately 6 to 8 metres and lightly clip paddock side. What3words - armrest.trimmer.snooping. An application for this element of the works (Item 5) was submitted on 22/08/2023 and subsequently approved but the works where not undertaken at the time so this is a resubmission for similar works.
