Description

Wellingtonia (T2) - Crown lift, using tip reduction techniques where possible, to no higher than 5 metres above ground level to provide sufficient improved and safer access to the property by motor vehicles, currently restricted through 15 years of unmanaged growth. Increase safety to pedestrians using the adjacent pathway by increasing crown height, reducing the risk of injury, and reduce risks of overhanging branches infringing onto the public highway. Additionally provide improved sunlight to the normally grassed area running the course immediately adjacent to the property boundary and the public pathway, currently a dry mud area due to no sunlight or rain water reaching the area through the trees branches. Crown clean as necessary (removing dead wood, dying, rubbing and crossing branches).
