T1 -eucalyptus Tree - excessive crown movement in any wind. Root structure outgrowing its area causing root lift on pavement, damage to foundations of wall and house. Works -reduce crown by 3m on tops from 15m to 12m -sympathetically reduce both sides by no more than 1m to reduce mechanical stress on limbs over road
