Description

A mature Ash tree - 25- 30m high, and a spread of up to 20m - located within the Grave Yard of St James Church . Tree is in mid stage decline as a result of the variant fungal pathogen (pathovar) H. Pseudoalbidas. There is risk of branch loss, and this tree has a large spread over public rights of way and across the boundary fence to Manor Farm . 1) Immediate works to remove at least a 9m bough on the NNW side of the tree which is at risk of falling on a path to the boundary fence and assets within the neighbouring property. 2) Approval to reduce the tree, over time as and when required, to maintain the area safe for the public.
