Description

The proposed development is for a new three-storey classroom building, providing 303 sq. meters gross area on each floor. The new classroom building will provide nine teaching spaces, toilets, a staffroom, and stores. Part of the old Hatfield Foyer connecting the demolished squash courts to the Hatfield Centre that still remains, will need to be demolished this is 29.65 sqm. The connecting corridor (Hatfield Foyer) will be replaced to create an entrance to the new block and existing building this is an area of 45 sq. meters. The proposed new building will be a steel frame building.
