Description

T3 - Common Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) 1. Remove deadwood to reduce the risk of dead branches falling on the driveway and highway. 2. Remove ivy by severing it at the base of the trunk and allowing it to die off. 3. Trim branches to ensure there is approximately 0.5 - 1m clearance from the cables. 4. Reduce the long limb extending out to the northwest by 3m, to reduce the crown from a 9m to 6m canopy spread on the side of the driveway. All cuts to to suitable growth points. 5. Reduce low limb on west side by 2m to suitable growth points. 6. Reduce west side of canopy so it extends no further than 6m on that side, to rebalance the crown shape.
