Description

Variation of condition 9 of 59998 to read as - No occupation shall take place on the site until the access, including the footway and/or verge crossing shall be constructed and lines of sight 2.4m by 100m north & 94m (south) provided in accordance with the approved plans. The lines of sight splays shown on the approved plans shall be kept free of any obstruction to vision between 0.6m & 2m in height above the adjacent carriage way and shall be subsequently maintained so thereafter.
