Tree subject to works within a Conservation Area: 1299 Hybrid Poplar Remove Deadwood and carry out 1-2m canopy reduction to appropriate side growth, 1260 Highclere Holly Tree fell, 1300 Whitebeam Carry out 2m canopy reduction to appropriate side growth, 1197 Common Lime - Remove Deadwood, 1258 Common Lime - Raise lower canopy to 5.5m, 1306 Sycamore - Carry out 2m canopy reduction to appropriate side growth. The following trees T1305, T1304 and T1303 have been identified from the CA separately due to their TPO status and therefore the specific tree works and Planning Conditions shall apply and be adhered to in accordance with the agreed annotated photograph provided by the Tree Officer identifying pollard points and pruning limitations. This pruning limitation shall apply to those growths which extend across and into the neighbouring boundary and garden space. There shall be no flush cutting to the boundary. All pruning cuts shall not exceed 50mm and works shall be carried out in accordance with BS3998 (2010) Recommendations.
