Deed of Variation to S106 Agreement dated 19 May 2021 attached to planning applications 25050/059 and 25050/062. There are 4 modifications sought: 1) To amend occupancy of properties to permit residents to stay beyond their 40th birthday, thus removing the potential that a long standing tenant will need to be evicted on the grounds of age. 2) To open up the tenancies to persons for Treloar College as well as the school. 3) To open up the tenancies to wheel chair users more generally who work or live in East Hampshire adding to flexibility of use. 4) To open up the use of the flats to carers supporting Treloar Eligible persons more generally.
