Description

Raise the central chimney stack and the south east chimney stack with 700mm traditional clay pots and courses of matching brickwork to achieve 1800mm height above the thatch; line the flues of these chimneys and fit new woodburners to replace existing; relocate the oil tank to the south; fit ASHP beneath the west elevation kitchen window and upgrade the existing wet radiator heating system; replace door on west elevation with a traditionally detailed, ledge door, to be painted and fitted with an upper glazed panel; provide a shower room with WC in the modern utility room, including provision of insulation in the roof and a humidistat extraction ventilator in the modern utility room window; remove existing greenhouse and replace with re-sited greenhouse
