Whole roof replacement : Remove existing tiles; replace battens, ridge and hip tiles (cemented back on or replace with dry hip and ridge system); replace lead flashing around chimney; replace lead valley with new lead; replace roof with new felt, battens and slates; existing velux window to be replaced like-for-like.
