Discharge of conditions for 25/0768/FUL : Conditions 3 (materials) and 5 (surface water drainage)Condition 3 relates to the proposed roofing materials; a product data sheet for the selected roofing system - Topseal Cold Liquid Applied, Fully Reinforced, High Performance Roofing System in standard colour finish, Dark Admiralty Grey (BS4800 18 B 25), is provided within the supporting documentation. Condition 5 concerns surface water drainage; to address this, the submission includes three documents prepared by GH Bullard and Associates LLP, namely: 252-2025-01-PC5-P2-Complete with Appendices.pdf, 252-2025-010-P2, and 252-2025-011-P2, which set out the detailed drainage design and associated calculations.
