Replace existing thatch roof to main house and reinstate natural slate roof; fit eaves vents, trays and battens and timber rolls on hips and install lead over timber rolls; cement ridge tiles in position; works to 2no. chimneys rake out and repoint, re-flaunch, and install new lead soakers and lead flashing on north west and south east elevation; replacement guttering and downpipes on front south west elevations; repair works to lower roofs such as replacing broken slates.
