Including reopening earlier doorways to form two new windows in the north elevation, install an additional timber post to support ceiling beams against the north wall of the dining hall, undertake various structural repairs, partially reconstruct and underpin external walls, replace rotten timber window lintels, replace 1950s roof structure, reconstruct brick inglenook chimney stack, repair timber beam over inglenook. reconstruct external cavity walls with new foundations om 1960s range.
