Laburnum (L1) and Laburnum (L2) - felling both trees (which are so close together as to appear as a single tree) for multiple reasons:- 3 small children (under 3 years old) live at the property, to which the toxic laburnums and their flowers pose a serious hazard.- The laburnums are blocking installation of a fence, the lack of which also poses a risk to the children playing safely in the garden.- L2 is leaning and could pose a falling hazard
