T117 Cedar - Remove due to it having outgrown the space reasonable available considering the proximity of neighbouring dwellings and structural defects in the upper crown that are beyond mitigation by pruning.The tree would be replaced by a more suitable deciduous tree, approximately 2m high, of a type to be recommended by the council tree officer, in a similar location. This to be completed once the ground conditions permit. Further trees to be planted in other locations on the site as an ongoing plan to further improve the appearance and diversity
